Q: Do I need a referral to book a session?
A: Yes a referral is required for DVA card holders, contact your GP and he will supply you with one.

Q: Do you work with veterans?
A: Absolutely. We support current and ex-ADF personnel and their families. Referrals are welcome from Open Arms, GPs, or you can contact us directly and we will help you get one.

Q: Can I access counselling online?
A: Yes. All services can be delivered via phone or secure video platform, wherever you are in Australia.

Q: How much do sessions cost?
A: Fees for eligible veterans will be billed directly to DVA. Please contact us to discuss eligibility. For non-DVA-funded individuals, please get in touch with us for more information.

Q: Is my information confidential?
A: Yes. We adhere to strict ethical and legal confidentiality standards in all sessions and communications.

Q: I only have a white card with specific conditions; can I still see you?
A: Yes, veterans with mental health conditions on their White Card may still access my services, provided the support relates to general wellbeing, functioning, social connection, or adjustment, not to treatment of a mental disorder.
